In accordance with the USA Triathlon Regional Operations Manual our regional council can have up to 12 members; currently we have 10 members. If you are interested in serving on the South Midwest Regional Council please submit a letter of interest outlining your desire to serve and what assets you will bring to the council and the members of the region by February 15, 2010. The current voting members of the council will review all letters and announce the newly selected members at our annual general meeting on February 27, 2010. The primary objective of a regional council is to assist in the development and growth of multisport within the designated states of the region and act as a liaison between USA Triathlon members and USA Triathlon.
